We have used service smart for over three years and we will be the first to say that in the service was horrible and we had no intention of continuing with this company The owner came out to talk to us in September and asked us to give them another chance as they have been making many changes to the company and promised to provide us with the same excellent service we were receiving in and I want to tell you that the promises made are being kept and the service is now excellent We are once again a happy customer of Service Smart
Before signing up with the Service Smart Rep. I discussed the possibility of my selling my home in Florida. the Rep assured me that it was no problem and they would give me a refund on a pro rated basis. After two months of service I did sell my home and notified them immediately. I have called them several times now on the phone and was first told they did not give refunds. The second call when I explained the discussion with the rep resulted in the woman answering the phone tellilng me that the refund was under discussion. I have called twice since then asking about the refund and was told they would follow up on it. It has been two months now and still no word or check. They were more expensive than my prior service and not as efficient. I would not recommend this company to anyone wanting a reputable company servicing their home.
My parents paid for a year service up front. Obviously a bad decision service smart drives by frequently and wait for no one to be home then leave a sign saying yard was sprayed. Yard looks terrible my parents call with no response. The company finally came and did a spot treatment and my parents confronted the serviceman about spraying the whole yard. He told them he'd be back on Friday never came. They don't return calls and my parents yard looks the worst in neighborhood. Stay away from this company terrible and heavily negative experience!!!!
