I received a call on Jan and given the same responseI informed them that I believe the shipping costs should be waived since I informed them my desire to cancel the order at least weeks before the order was shippedThe business had adequate time to cancel the order and therefore they incurred unnecessary shipping costs for which I do not believe I should be held responsibleI have called back different times and nobody has returned my call or can give me an answer

First, it's impossible to know the name of this business until it appears on your credit card - and then, it appears under the category "automotive"Very strange, considering we called a phone number for "Oak Park Miele Appliance Repair"
After a quick diagnosis ($service call) - the repairman said the pump on our dishwasher was bad, but there was a 90% chance it could be fixedAlso, our intake valve was probably clogged (we could have figured that out from the error code) but we agreed to pay $for him to take the dishwasher back to the shop for repair
At that time, he also offered to find and install a new dishwasher in the event our year old one was not fixableAnd we agreed
When he called to say the dishwasher could not be repaired - there was a crack in the tank - he gave us extremely inflated prices for a new dishwasherWe had been having bad gut feeling about the night he showed up and told him not to do anything until we called him backBut he put a $charge on our credit card anyhow
We found the identical replacement dishwasher he suggested at Abt for about $less, installedAnd so we called him to say do not proceedNearly a week later, the charge remains on our bill
And we're pretty sure we never needed a new dishwasher in the first placeJust someone to unclog the water valveLive and learn

Called for a ** oven repair ... a Service Solution 4 You Inc repair man arrived 3 days later than promised. Installed the wrong part, telling me that it would be fine. I removed the part and returned it the next day.
Calls for a refund go unanswered ... I have been give three different phone numbers to call ... occasionally someone answers but never returns the call with new information.
So far I am out $250 for a botched repair. Still waiting for my refund ....

phone and authorized us to charge your credit card.
We buy parts and from Affordable Services Inc. and many times we use their services and that's the reason your charged card was charged to Affordable Services Inc.
As far as refund is concerned $55.00 was service fee which is non refundable or waived if we perform service. Since there was no service done so $55.00 was non refundable and $150.00 was also not refundable for restocking fee plus shipping and handling charges for the parts we ordered. Remaining $500 will be refund to you if you agree to this. Please advice.

When [redacted] came to inspect our broken dishwasher he told us that repair will cost us $250-300 and $55 service fee will apply toward it. When we called him that we want to proceed [redacted] told us that he will order parts and will call us when he will come ( no one told us that our card will be given to other company to charge , no amounts were mentioned) if we will know that it will cost us $545 + $105 -= $650 - no one will agreed to it.
In addition They came up with $150 restocking fee???
Also they charge our card w/ o our permission or signature on 08/28 and promise refund every week but still did not do it
Attached please find the only receipt we ever got from them We need our $650 back

We had an issue with our washing machine. The technician came out the same day and gave us an estimate. The estimate was very high for what was a simple repair. He had to get the part ordered and shipped and would be back within 1-2 days to perform the repair. But he charged our credit card before the work was even performed. We changed our mind and called and canceled the service. We had to pay $55 for the initial diagnosis which we were fine with. But our card had been charged $365 in addition to the $55. The technician said we'd get a refund in 3-5 days. After that came and went I contacted him again and he said he'd "let me know Monday" when we'd get our refund. After a few more times of doing this we disputed the charge. It took 3 months to get our money back which finally just happened. I don't know if he was being dishonest or forgot but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The guy that came out to fix my fridge at a rental called me to say it would be $250 I said I would get a new fridge he went all the way down to $150 which $55 was prepaid to the dispatch service and suppose to be credited to me but they charged me the $55 plus $150 and no one has returned my calls. This repair was to "add Freon" but the guy couldn't tell me how much Freon he added or how much it was a lb.
