Regarding [redacted] *negative review...We are a very customer oriented auto shopWe have and will always take care of our customers in any way we canHis daughter brought us a car that was damagedIt looked like it had been in an accidentShe admitted it hadShe also signed the authorization document that stated the damage to the car BEFORE we worked on itI am sorry the father and daughter are having issues communicating about the true cause of the damage to her car, but to put a negative post online blaming AAMCO for the damage is not moralWe run a VERY honest business, I am the owner, and I am a man of integrityI recently won the Prescott Valley Business Leader of the Year Award for my community service, ethics, and charitable work with our local VeteransI also won the National Franchising Gives Back GOLD Award for my business charitable workI believe the daughter just doesn't want to tell her father that she wrecked the car againPlease see attached damage note prior to us working on the vehicle

I deeply regret this whole situation, but I am 100% confident that the car in question was not damaged at our shopI unfortunately can not pay any portion of the vehicle body repairs, due to the fact that the damage was existing when the vehicle arrivedAll damage was noted on the vehicle check in sheet when delivered and signed by your daughterShe even admitted that the vehicle was in a front end accident prior to bringing the vehicle to our shopWe believe the customer is always right, but in this case, its completely without meritI have always and will always be a stand up guy and take responsibility for my or my companies actions, however your own daughter admitted to me that the car was previously in a front end accident before arriving at our shopI can certainly provide you and your daughter two free oil changes with tire rotation as a kind gesture for your troublesI have attached some our reviews for reference.

I guarantee my daughter left a car in good condition with the shop It's disappointing to me that the shop owner has not felt that a direct conversation with me in an attempt to come to any resolution to the issue is warranted, after several attempts I recognize that we dispute the events and the condition of the car I believe the integrity of my daughter, whether the shop owner accepts that or not He apparently believes in the integrity of his employees, though I don't have any reason to accept that Perhaps there is some other explanation for the damage done to the car, but the shop owner hasn't attempted to offer one Our impasse is perpetuated by the shop owner's stone wall response to my complaints, leaving me with this report as my only recourse

I guarantee my daughter left a car in good condition with the shop.  It's disappointing to me that the shop owner has not felt that a direct conversation with me in an attempt to come to any resolution to the issue is warranted, after several attempts.  I recognize that we dispute the events and the condition of the car.  I believe the integrity of my daughter, whether the shop owner accepts that or not.  He apparently believes in the integrity of his employees, though I don't have any reason to accept that.  Perhaps there is some other explanation for the damage done to the car, but the shop owner hasn't attempted to offer one.  Our impasse is perpetuated by the shop owner's stone wall response to my complaints, leaving me with this report as my only recourse.
