Every plumbing company does there leak locates differently.  Although some companies may decide to do a leak isolation test before the camera it is a very expensive and time consuming test. Most of our customers are more than happy with the 2 hours needed to run the camera vs. 4 to 6 hours for...

the isolate test.   I understand the "other" company has come to his home and done this test and from the customers mouth to my ear told me that they found 2 of the leaks we did not find and there are some leaks on the estimate that were indeed needing to be fixed to assure there are no leaks/separation in the customers pipes any longer .   The customer has asked for a refund and against our policy (due to the job that was rendered was not 100% incorrect ) we still have issued the refund on the agreement he will not share his opinion on how we did our job wrong vs the "other" company who seemed to do the job "correctly "   At no time was this person told he has to go with our company to have the leak located or even move forward with the necessary repairs.  I have corresponded with this person via email for about 24 hours now.  We have done all he asked for in order to keep the "peace" and make sure he does not feel "taken" advantage of .
