[redacted] has managed my AC and plumbing for years As the owner and leader of Service Star he has built a business and a team of technicians who bring to the customer the honesty and reliability I have experienced from Vic for decades I recently had [redacted] (lead tech) install a new water heater and perform a PM on my AC unit He was on time, professional and very articulate, keeping me informed throughout his visitHe took a lot of care and effort to explain the systems and what I can expect going forward This is an exceptional organization and one that I highly recommend
Vic the owner is a scam artist, he also offers you a discount if you make a positive review
He is a thief, liar, and drug addict He is currently wanted by the city of mesa
Do not do business with vic, he charges you annual fees onto your debit/credit card without permission, he currently is selling and scrapping all property to get the next hit
Service Star thank you so much in what you do, these guys are honest and hardworking people that actually care about the customer who give you the whole picture for an new AC installation so there are no surprisesThey are doing my house and saving me so much money, I had already been given a bid by *** ***, who when started the job mysteriously found problems to the tune of $5,added electrical costs, not saying they were trying to rip me off, but saying Service Star cares and seems to be more informed and with the customers goodwill in mindThis is an old house and the electrical is sound and this company knew how to work with it without a lot of added expenses, not to mention Lisa in their office who was able to fix my financing problems and making my financing of all these services available to me!! THANK YOU SERVICE STAR you guys are a Godsend!!
