Review: The tech came out and looked at two of my televisions and he told me that one was beyond repair which was my 42" [redacted] flat screen tv he said that the screen was cracked and it would cost more to replace the screen and that I should get a new television but he did take the flat screen tv said he would dispose of it because the trash people not take it because of something that was inside the television and that he needed to order a part for the 32" [redacted] television. He took a part from the television and had me pay $50 in cash for looking at the flat screen and give him a check#113 for $98.00 for repair of the 32" television which he went right to my bank and cashed. I have both receipts for the cash and one for the check. I called several times to see if my part had come in and he would say it would be in the next week and then he started hanging up on me once I identified who I was and my reason for calling.Desired Settlement: I would like my 148.00 returned to me and for this person to not be allowed to take advantage of anyone else again.
