I purchased this car from Adonis in March of I have my payments never been repo or anythingI've never received a payment receipt or statement saying what was owedI make my payments online and go about my businessI had to have a repair done on the vehicle, I've paid an extra dollars on each payment for about months now and I assumed the balance was paid off for the repairs since I don't get a statement or receiptMy payments are always made on Thursday or Friday so they are on timeI received a call on Jan 21st at am to say I had a dollar balance, I let them I thought it was over with and didn't have the funds at the time but would just pay whatever the remaining balance is off on that Friday and the person agreedAbout min later I get a call from someone saying that they wanted the money right then or they would cut my car offNow my contractual obligation for the note on my car was paid on timeThey made an arrangement then broke it and then demanded

This place says your job is your creditWas on my job for years and was denied a loan in min hereSo please do not fall for advertisingWhen purchasing a car for this place

Where to start first off I have late payment on my credit because the salesman entered my pay check schedule in as bi weekly when I got paid semi monthly which has effected my credit report not including the late cause of my our situationand then we have the four times that my car has been in for repair for the same thing which they provide a recipe for hundreds of dollars of repairs but they problem returns four to five weeks later when explaining that I'm paying some much for the car way more than what's its even worth I expect for my problem to be fix I have to countine going up to the office to drop it off times I could see maybe three but four time and this makes fifth time as the problem has returtime am beyond down dealing with this vechile I want a swap of equal value I understand used vehicles have there problems that's why I paid extra for the warranty.but five times back to back this is getting ridiculous

In reference to complaint left 08/1/206, I wanted to add after having spoken to the owner of the dealership, I can appreciate his due diligence and wanting repairs to be of perfect standards He was not the first person I communicated with but did apologize on behalf of companySince this experience I have not had any issues and the car is still runningGood customer service goes a long way in dealing with clients, and their should be certain expectations with employees in dealing with clients in regardless of who is handling the customer

The vehicle start messing a week after purchasingI contacted the office and told them the agreed to call back but didn’tThey pick the vehicle up with my knowledge and wouldn’t return my propertyMy son oxygen tank is in the car and I call nurmerous times requesting property only to be hung up on and calls unreturned
