[redacted] (Service Director) and [redacted] (Rt. Manager) met with [redacted] on Friday 5/8/15 immediately after receiving this communication.
We had a very productive...
meeting and it was a pleasure dealing with [redacted] on this matter. The end result was the decision was made to continue our business relationship with a few modifications.
As for the specific issues, the heart of the matter was the current agreement that was in place and the request by Mr. [redacted] to make material changes to the account, that are certainly understandable from the customers perspective, but that were not able to be granted by the Account Manager without the execution of a new agreement.
We were able to reach a compromise that I believe will satisfy everyone and allow us to continue the good relationship that was established prior to this issue.
We also got a clear understanding of the new PPE requirements that have been established, and in the interest of creating a safe work environment gladly have resolved this issue as well.
[redacted] at this time indicated that there were no other concerns with the services provided and or the Service Agreement, provided we can make the agreed upon changes.
Service Uniform, being a local family owned and operated business, prides its self on our customer satisfaction and our ability to be a valued resource for all our customer's.
