Service West Electronic Repair

I dropped my tv off on 5/14/2014 and was told that they would call me in a couple of days. I waited for 7 days and received no call so I tried calling them and kept getting an answering machine that stated they were closed and they would contact me the next day. Because I hadn't heard from them and kept getting an answering machine I thought maybe they went out of business so I drove down there and found out they were open. When I entered I noticed that my tv was still in the exact same spot that we had put it when I brought it in. There was a young man at the desk and when I asked why I hadn't been called he said that the someone no longer worked there and they just hadn't had time. I then asked him why my tv hadn't been looked at he didn't know and he called someone in the back and told them what the tv was doing and was told it would be $600.00 without even looking at it. I asked how they could give me an estimate without looking at it and he said because they had some tv's come in with the same issues. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she wasn't in at that time he said I don't know what you want I then said I would like for him to have his manager call me and I would also like to get a real estimate by looking at the tv an giving me a real estimate. I left and waited another week in which I received no call with an estimate or from the manger. I then drove back to get my tv because it was apparent that they didn't want my business. When I got there the same young man was sitting at the desk and I told him I wanted tot pick my tv and I wanted my deposit back that I gave them when I dropped off my tv and he said we can't do that and that is when I asked to talk to the manger and he said that she wasn't there at that time I asked to get a number for someone higher than her and he told me that I would have to call the Revdex.com because she owned the business. I then asked to see the estimate and they couldn't produce one for me.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of my deposit and I would like a call from someone who does care about customer service.

Broken TV- was picked up on March 26-2014 Wednesday morning ,service west stated they will let me know Friday March 28 , never happen , I've waited patiently for several weeks and made my first call sometime 2nd week of Month of April it was stated that it should be delivered and be repaired by April 14 which is Monday , called service west , my call was never return , contact [redacted] in Reno Nv location wich I believed they have contract with service and repair , service west promised April 16 Wednesday afternoon for the tv delivery I even called service west to confirm and they did verify it thru the lady I spoke on the phone , same day April 16 around 2 or 3 pm when I spoke to service west I ask few questions . Such as what time they close , at 5 pm and I ask what time the delivery stop she said they stop at 4 pm and it never happen . And I actually went in person to [redacted] office in reno nv and spoke to customer service manager name [redacted] a female n found out they could not deliver my TV because of a wrong parts , I mean this are the tv repair expert and made that simple error , so again calls we're made to tv repair and office at Utah and etcetera , it was stated that Friday April 18 definite repair and delivery . Still NO TV arrived I've made calls to Service west and to Utah [redacted] office that this type of service is not satisfactory and unacceptable . And I was told that I need to wait . I ask how long should I wait , their respond was as long as 6 months or as long as the tv to be repaired .
