We have received this complaint through the Revdex.comWe would like to apologize for the frustration and any other inconveniences experienced regarding this recent insurance claimCustomer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances After a thorough review of the claim we have concluded that there were numerous individuals that entered the home and we are unable to verify exactly how the damaged occurred and by whomWe do acknowledge that we were working in the home and although we cannot replace the entire floor as requested, as a gesture of goodwill we are willing to have the damaged portion of the floors repairedWe will honor our portion of the cost of the floor which has been quoted as $less the balance due of $for work that we completedOnce the balance due is paid, we will be able to schedule the repair Should you need further clarification please do not hesitate to contact meThank you for your understanding

In response to complaint, attached is the invoice from [redacted] ***ServiceMaster by AK Enterprises' sub contractor, [redacted] , was contracted for the repairs and came into agreement with the work provided by [redacted] ***ServiceMaster by AK Enterprises no longer sub contracts [redacted] , and [redacted] is no longer in businessAlthough ServiceMaster by AK Enterprises is not listed on the invoice and is not legally responsible, we have contacted and come into an agreement with [redacted] to resolve the balance as a matter of principleWe are requesting that this complaint be closed due to ServiceMaster by AK Enterprises being a separate corporation and entity from [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to add we just heard about the outstanding payment of on March 26thI have contacted our Trust who handles the insurance and they are now waiting for Service Master to send them the invoice of the outstanding amount due.Service master started this job on 12/8/to 12/9/demo for two days.replace ceiling 1/14/to 1/16/three days.painted and finished 1/20/to 1/22/three days.clean 1/27/cleaning for hours and did not finish.During the ceiling repairs the workers lost a brass floor electric outlet topI gave them the other one from the set of to find a replacementI hope they find one and return the one I gave to them.During the above dates only Service Master people where in this room.On 1/30/Jason from Service master came to review the damaged floor and acknowledged they had made the damages with their equipment.I am now hoping the floor gets finished soon so we can move back into our bedroom.

After a thorough review of the claim we have concluded that there were numerous individuals that entered the home and we are unable to verify exactly how the damaged occurred and by whom. We do acknowledge that we were working in the home and although we cannot replace the entire floor as requested, as a gesture of goodwill we are willing to have the damaged portion of the floors repaired. We will honor our portion of the cost of the floor which has been quoted as $3125.65 less the balance due of $1467.54 for work that we completed. Once the balance due is paid, we will be able to schedule the repair.
