Consumer called stating the business addressed all the issues and went above and beyond customer service expectations

The original invoice was directly off the insurance companies estimate We did make the mistake at first and bill for the total amount they paid her for This was revised to reflect the amount for the work that provided for the mitigation in the estimate The home owner met us at
the Condo on 7/where she signed the work authorization for us to start the mitigation The equipment sat for three days which is the dry time for structure drying We tried to set up times to pick up the equipment after 7/ This was very difficult since the home owner kept cancelling appointments that we had made with her We finally were able to pick up the equipment on 8/ On the day that we picked up the equipment she signed a certificate of completion of services This ment that at this time she was happy with the services that we provided since we sent the original incorrect invoice we have since sent her and discussed with her on the phone the new invoice for the exact work that we have providedShe still has not paid anything for the services that we have provided Due to this we have placed a lein on the property to protect our interest This can be and will be removed as soon as we receive payment for the services that we did provide.One thing that she brings up is the floor is still wet after we provided our services We only provided services to dry the structure not fixing or stopping a leak When we originally went out to the job site to set the equipment the home owner told us NOT to pull the old laminate floor in the kitchen that was wet We explained to her that this was needed to properly dry the kitchen but she did not want any missing flooring on the concrete floor The pricing for the equipment is a set structure that is approved by all insurance companies I have attached the last email that went to the homeowner stating the changes that were made to the estimate and we did not hear back from her nor did we receive any money for the work provided Due to this we placed a lein on the property to try and to protect us on collecting the money for the work that we did do

We scheduled with [redacted]’s  12/18/15 to pick up our final check and asked to see the items he has listed in his complaint to the Revdex.com.  [redacted] said that “no one was welcome in the home”.   [redacted] did give me the final check.In past meetings, which we had...

with [redacted],  his wife stated to us that she was happy with the repairs and the adjuster from Erie Insurance who visited the home per [redacted]’s request,  also tried to convince [redacted] that the work was quality and the repairs /remodeling Neverman made looked  great.Thank You John
