Doug from Service Master Clean did an extremely good job with cleaning our 2 bedroom condo. He paid attention to stubborn stains and cleaned often neglected areas where carpet meets the wall. It was a job well done and I will not hesitate to have him back next time and to recommend his service to my friends. Doug was very professional and approachable.

I hired a small business to clean my carpets on moving out of my house and after a variety of difficulties communicating and a no-show I booked Servicemaster Clean at the last minute. They were able to come the day I called and Rene was extremely friendly and professional! I would not hesitate to hire Servicemaster for any future cleaning needs I might have.

Fantastic job on these terrible-looking carpets that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. I wasn't sure that you'd be able to get them to look at all decent and I'd say they went from a 1 out of 10 to an 8 out of 10 (I was expecting maybe a 5, enough to hold us over for a year or two until we could replace them all).

Professional, personable carpet cleaning service provided by our technician. Informed customer before, during and after the process and effects of cleaning.
Arrived on time and called beforehand as well. Carpets cleaned thoroughly and technician even advised customers with helpful tips on how to sustain clean carpets.
Reasonable price.
Safe, natural products - we have a 10 month old baby and technician was cautious and thoughtful of baby during the cleaning process.
Current receptionist is new so was not too familiar with quotes and did not reply to my emails for 2 weeks+ until I called to inquire. Training in progress :)
