I am rejecting this response because: it is not an honest response ** ***, at the time of inspecting my house on behalf of the purchaser ((April 30, 2017) moved my stove out from its balanced and locked position in the tilt-prevention lock After unlocking and pulling the stove out for his inspection, *** *** did not return the stove to its balanced and tilt-locked position He did not even push the stove in very far From May 1, until approximately May 12-14, the agent for the buyer, ** *** *** *** called and emailed *** *** several times I called Faro Systems myself on or about May or 14, leaving a message for the company manager to call me back Neither *** *** or I received any response back I never asked Faro Systems to bring my stove to code I asked them to return my stove to the status they found it in, which was to code After my complaint to Revdex.com, *** *** called me asking to resolve the stove issue May 15) I referred him to ** *** the agent who hired him According to *** *** he had already hired a licensed contractor to re-place the stove...the contractor came to my house and replaced the stove on May 15. I wrote to Revdex.com, after the stove was re-placed to partially resolve my complaint

Faro Systems and *** *** are surprised to hear that a problem exists exists as the real estate agent that the homeowner used to communicate with us indicated that the issue with the stove had been resolvedThe complainant/homeowner never contacted us directly so we have not had the opportunity to
address the issue directly.Regarding the specific request, we are happy to return the stove to the location it was in prior to the inspectionWe are not able to provide a statement regarding the stove meeting code as this is outside the realm of an home inspectionWe don't inspect a house to code
