I went here the other day to get my oil changed and tire rotation done I travel a lot for work so I do this in a bunch of different cities while I’m on the go and this Kwik Kar location was by far the best one I’ve been tooThe staff and service was exceptional The waiting area was the greatDefinitely recommend to anyone who lives near Fort Worth

On 2/29/I had Kwik Kar install a used engine in my Suburban with a one year warrantyin January the engine was misfiring and idle was ruffWill the manager said he replace the spark plugs but it did not seem to help and suggested I use the vehicle for a big BBQ and stop putting good money into repairsI took the vehicle to Bruce Lowrie were I purchased the vehicle new for a second opinionThe said cylinder # is bad and engine would need to be broken down, problem could be a valve or head concern
Kwik Kar has been servicing our company's fleet vehicles since they opened but I have not been to this location until this week I took my personal car in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance and was very pleased with the professionalism of the people that took care of me and my carWe be returning again when service is needed
on December 13th 2017, I dropped off my Nissan Altima to Kwik Kar Ridgmar for front brake work I did this based on email response from the manager about my request for a quote, Yelp reviews, and the Revdex.com rating The brakes were in need of replacement, and at least one of the front brake rotors were warped requiring replacement Kwik Kar completed a vehicle inspection, informed me the rear brakes were nearing time for replacement and the vehicle's battery was not showing as many volts as it should It was also time for a vehicle inspection for the yearly tags, and I was in need for an oil change
Brakes and rotors were replaced, vehicle inspection was completed and oil change completed
Approximately a week later, "squeals" and metal rubbing sounds when braking began I did not think much of it, thinking it was now time for the rear brakes I returned on January 3rd, and the rear brake pads were replaced, and a 'brake fluid system flush' was completed

They close at 6:00pm as they stated on their front door, yet they won’t help you after 5:30pmI asked the person at the front desk “can you still do an oil change?” He said “not really” and looked awayThat’s not great customer service if you ask meThis happened at the Westworth Village Location
