ServiceMaster has provided photos of original walk through, photos of items packed out and a written inventory to matchThe items Ms*** is claiming have been returned, as for the other items we have proof they were not present prior or during
the work being performed in her apartmentAs for the Galaxy table, she has it in her possession and is using it to communicate with us using the throughout the claim processIf need be, we have various emails to proof that the communications has been through the Galaxy tabletThe *** *** bottle was not inside the box during the pack out processThe *** *** bottle that she is claiming, does not exist in a set, it was not even produced, told to us by multiple distributors we have contactedThat bottle was made as a single same itemThe *** Perginon gift set (bottle & champagne flutes) it is only offered during the holidays and it does not cost what she is claimingWe are working with Ms*** to seek resolution to satisfy both partiesThank you for making us aware of the claim Ms*** filed with your organization

I do agreed that service master did do a walk through of the kitchen and the living roomHowever when service came the next day, I was not present through the entire of packing the items in my kitchen nor in the living roomI do recall going into the kitchen once while they were packing the items in the kitchen and inform hem not to pack up my seasoningThat was the only time I was present in the kitchenSo the item that I have claim missing in the kitchen are actually missingSuch as the rice cookerPlease see attached photoAs for as the Galaxy Tablet, they mention that I was working on it the entire time they were at my place of residentsThis is incorrectI was working on my desk top computerAnd I left at 11:30pm, to go to workSo they provide you with in correct information in reference to my tabletThe tablet never cam backAs far as they Moet and Chandon set, I was not present when they packed the set, I never received the set backAlso I would like to include this was a set giving to me for my upcoming weddingThis was not return to meI see the pictures of the set, but this picture is correct because the bottle in in fact missingand was never return to meAs I have mentioned previously, I just want my items return or the value of my items sent to me

In response to Ms***'s reply there are a few inconsistences in her story and time lineWe have been trying to work with her and her insurance companySo far the Insurance Company has been willing to work with usThe information that we have gather is that Mrs*** instead of trying to find a resolution with us opened an additional claim with her insurance company for the missing items and was paid out in full for those missing itemsAs for Mrs***'s response to her Galaxy Tablet, we did not claim she was using it the entire time we were at her place of residentsWe claim that she was replying to our emails from the tablet after she claimed the tablet was missing, per the tag line at the bottom of her emails"Sent from Samsung tablet"You can see this in the attachment to this replyWe are continuing to work with her and her insurance company to resolve this issueWe will be continuing to update her insurance company of this Revdex.com claim

I informed the Insurance company of items that were not returned to meWhich at that time I was informed to open another claim for theftThe insurance company did not cash me out on items that was missing, however I was told that another investigation would be taken placeAs far as the Samsung tabletThere was two one for my husband, which was the one that was stolen and they other Samsung Tablet which is mineYes pictures were sent from my Samsung Tablet, but not from the one that was stolenMy tablets were bought through Amazon, I trying to get a printout that there was two tablets purchased through themWhy do they continue to prolong this investigation with tedious assumptions, makes me think that they are the one's that are hiding somethingWhy can't they just return my items or pay the value of the items that are missingI have done some searching on Service Master, I'm not the only person this has happen toI will be sending complaints of other about service masterOnce again just return the items that are missing or just pay the value of the items that are missing...,
