I am rejecting this response because: Service master has had direct contact with the adjuster who is in charge of pricing and Service Master can obtain ant documentation they need from themI have not refused to provide any requested informationIf I submit a statement to Service master, they would make up another excuse to not refund the damages they have causedI have proof that Service master has over charged me, failed to repair damages caused to my unit, caused a delay in my condo being repaired, and added interest to an invoice that as of today Service master has failed to take action on. Furthermore, I have proof I have contacted Service master on numerous occasion to request appointments to settle any amount due and I have been denied this requestThere are damages still needing repairs and is not until I filed this complaint that ***, the manager set an appointment to meet on the 6th of this month.This matter has not been resolved and I still need your assistance

Servicemaster is not overcharging for our services. We use a third-party estimating platform that allows us to enter in specific quantities of work that was completed. The insurance company agrees to the pricing and then has paid the insured for our services. The customer, [redacted] refuses to...

pay us the amount that has already been paid to her. Our sales person, [redacted] has been onsite (3) separate occasions to address the matter. Ms. [redacted] also alleges that more damages have occurred. I am meeting onsite on May 6 to address these issues. I also have asked her for a copy of here repair estimate which the insurance company has paid her, and so far she has refused to send me a copy. I want to make sure that she is not asking for money from us for repairs that she has already been paid for. We have not delayed the reconstruction of her condo in any way.

We have removed the customer from our collections list. There is no balance on the account. Mrs. Cruces deducted the amount, for the damages we caused, in the check that she wrote to us.   I am not reimbursing Allsate as she stated, I never said that I would. How can I reimburse Allstate with money that I don't have. She has this amount.

I am rejecting this response because: I already submitted proof from Service Master in which they state I do not owe Alstate anything and we're they indicate that I do not need to reimburse Alstate. I have not received any notice nor proof from Service Master showing I have satisfied my account. TheyThey now jeopardized my credit by placing me in collections and this needs to be reversed and a good standing needs to be reported on my credit.
