We have never serviced this person or this addressThis must be a competitor trying to make us look badWe never serviced this person nor did we receieve a call with anyone complaining about anything like thisThis is a fake complaint

This is falseThe cleaner never scratches the windowThis guy is trying to scam is out of money First he said that that we scratched a window and it was $1,Now he is saying $He even said himself it could have been one of the contractors There were contractors of all sorts working on that Prooerty and he is trying to say the cleaner scratched the windowI honestly believe he is doing this just to get money out of us We definitely did not scratch his window

I never said scratches could have been caused by contractorsthats a lieYou can see from attached photos that scratches are in area/pattern of where a piece of paper (permit) was taped to windowThe scratches are from cleaners attempt to remove tape residueWhile working to remove residue I made sure to confirm that their method of removal (razor blade) would not scratch windows, which they guaranteed me

This guy is trying to scam us.  He is not even using his real name in the compliant. His real name is [redacted]. The email he provided even reflects his last name. He is known for scamming people and now he is trying to scam us.

This is false. The cleaner never scratches the window. This guy is trying to scam is out of money.  First he said that that we scratched a window and it was $1,600. Now he is saying $600. He even said himself it could have been one of the contractors.  There were contractors of all sorts...

“We received a call from [redacted] and [redacted] pertaining to standing water in their basement.  At the time of the first call, the [redacted]’ did not know if they would be turning the damage into their insurance company.  They asked for a quote for the mitigation if they were to pay out of their own pocket.  Mr. [redacted] wanted to know a ballpark figure so the first estimate was emailed before we even arrived onsite to evaluate their job.  It was explained to them that if insurance is involved the price will be different.  The pricing software that restoration companies use is pre-set by insurance companies, which they have approved and we are forced to follow. If a customer has to pay for damages themselves, we typically do not charge them the prices set by the insurance industry as this is higher.  The [redacted]’ decided to file an insurance claim, thus their invoice was revised and submitted to their insurance company.  The amount sent to the insurance company was even lower than the first initial estimate.  (Referring to the estimate that was given before we arrived at their house.) The [redacted]’ wanted to pay $1200 less than what the insurance had paid them.  We let them know, via email, that if we changed the invoice we would have to let the insurance know and the insurance would pay the new amount.  We received the full payment from the [redacted]’ shortly after this was explained to them. [redacted] claims that she called and left a message, but “he never called back”.  She did call, but she did not identify herself.   When asked if a message could be taken, she declined and hung up.  When we started to hear about their poor response, another person in our office spoke up and said that [redacted] called but would not leave a message.  She pulled up Kelly’s phone call on her directory for proof.  It was witnessed on our caller ID that the call was from her.  [redacted] did not identify herself nor leave a message for anyone to call her back. “ Please respond so I know that you have received this email.  Thank you.   [redacted]ServiceMaster Restoration Professionals5201 Lilac Ave.Wausau, WI 54401Office: (715) 842-2488Cell: (715) 219-3637Fax: (715) [email protected]

This is [redacted] and my complaint ID# is [redacted]. In the email you have sent me it says to let you know if the company has contacted me.... they called my husband today and sent him a new quote saying they accidently charged us for carpet cleaning, which brought the price down $625.86 or to...

2,617.61 total. They also said that the quote the project manager gave us when he came to our house was lower because it was "an out of pocket price". They said the price is higher because we have insurance involved now...we let them know right off the bat that this would be through our insurance, and I provided them the name and contact information for the actual insurance agent handling our claim before they started cleaning. This all seems suspect to me and I feel like they are not being honest with their quotes and charges. I have attached the bill they sent to us (untitled PDF) and the revised quote they sent my husband today (revised PDF).
