My townhouse flooded on a Saturday night. ServiceMaster was responsive, instructive and efficient in getting the initial work to prevent any further damage from the water.
I have never had a flood experience before so was completely in shock. Rami helped me understand what the road would look like to restoring my townhouse.
Throughout the drying process and the demolition process, every person I met on the ServiceMaster team (probably 6 people or so) was super helpful and very professional. I should also mention Enrique who did great work (over and above) and who also followed up. Really helpful.
Whenever I reached out to Rami, either phone call or text - he was available, knowledgable and understanding when it came to answering my questions. There were also a variety of small details, like dying out the bottom of a kitchen cabinet and sealing the cabinet. Rami always went the extra mile.
If you experience something like water damage or fire damage, you will likely have your insurance company involved. It was amazingly helpful to work with Rami and ServiceMaster as they are set up to work with the insurance company and know the process.
Through this experience, I found that everyone really wants to help out... and help you recover from this type of an event.
Highly recommend ServiceMaster.

Home mitigation/restoration services provided by ServiceMaster Restore & paid in full. Company won't provide documentation for insurance reimbursementWe contacted ServiceMaster Restore regarding water damage at our home and were referred to [redacted] of the [redacted] office. Company completed repairs for insurance proceeds and requested final payment in advance of insurance check being received. Our insurance company [redacted] needed a final invoice from ServiceMaster stating home repairs were complete and detailing payments made by us so we could be reimbursed for the final payment. Mr. [redacted] stated this would be done as soon as possible. Final check was written by us to Mr. [redacted] on January 26, 2016. To this date, the insurance company has not received the paperwork. They received "water mitigation" documents so Mr. [redacted] could be paid again but nothing so we could be reimbursed for construction. Mr. [redacted] has been contacted 8 times between 2/19/16 and 4/21/16 to correct this situation. Initial responses were "we billed it like last week" and "let me check with my office girl." More recent messages have not been returned. [redacted] with ServiceMaster in [redacted] was contacted on 4/22/16 as well to file a complaint. He stated he would contact Mr. [redacted] to see what the issue was. 2 follow-up messages were left with Mr. [redacted] and these have not been returned. Because of this lack of customer service, we are currently short $747.19 of insurance funds to be reimbursed (3 1/2 months past due). In addition, this is holding up another insurance claim in process for damages costing us additional funds. This cannot start until repairs are shown complete. Documentation needed for final resolution. Desired SettlementWe need final invoice documentation from ServiceMaster restore showing repair work completed and detailing amounts paid for repairs. This should be sent directly to us since ServiceMaster has failed to send to insurance company.

Because of charging a Insurance company. They feel the need to over charge their clients. I tried to work with them on payment and they refused.
