We contacted Service Solution You INC to fix and perform maintenance to our dishwashers at home (this on November last year)One of my dishwashers from time to time would not start and red light was shown on the panel indicating an issue with water intake pressure which required resetting the equipment for this to work again, the other dishwasher was dripping water from the bottom (to the floor) when this was fully loaded Everything started with the wrong foot when the charges on my credit card due to the service call were higher than originally communicatedTo make a long story short, we paid in advance in the excess of $for maintenance and fixing o both dishwashers; my first reaction when I got the quote was to ask whether I was better buying two new dishwashers from a local appliance store, the technician mentioned that my dishwashers were top premium line (he referred to them as the *** *** on the DWs) and after he finished with the maintenance then these DW will last very long time; I decided then to go ahead with the "repair"Soon after the work was "done", my wife and I realized very soon that our DW were on worst shape than when I hired the service: one of them stopped to work at all and the other one now continuously "blow steam" and now the kitchen cabinet has rotten and I'm going to need to replace itI put a complaint to the technician (I assume he is the owner) and he said the dishwasher broke (on a different part) after he fixed so he was not responsible for that, he asked me for another $(or so) to buy a new panel (can you believe this!!? he asked for lot more money to "fix" the issue after he took my previous payment and my DW are on worse conditions than beforel!I asked him to return half of the money I gave to him and split the losses but he refused, he said he will find another panel and then call me to see if we can get to an agreementTo this day (Late May 2016) he has not showed up on communicated to us; as a reference, the service quote was made on November I'm going to file a formal complaint to the Revdex.com and get advice on the options at handBusiness like this should not be allowed to operate on our areaPlease do not make the same mistake I made by calling this business for serviceI've had bad services experiences in the past but I can tell you nothing like this

I found this company number on ***I needed my oven and refrigerator repairedAn elder gentlemen came diagnosed the issueSo about months now my appliances are working greatWill recommend them!! great estimate job done on spot, I am happy!!

I called this company as it was the first number on [redacted] (big mistake to not click below this company). It was 4 days before Christmas and my dishwasher didn't drain. Over the phone the man told me that he would need a Credit card to "Hold my apppointment" that the 55$ fee would go towards the service~ if anything needed to be done. The following Friday the serviceman shows up~ he walked over to the dishwasher and took a peek in. Within two minutes he said "oh this was simple your computer just had to be reset." I said "How do you reset it?" He said "by depressing these two buttons". "Thats it?" "yes thats it" he says. I got sidetracked with a guest in my house while I was waiting for him to gather his "tools up. 5/10/15 minutes goes by I finally come back to him and it was clear he was somewhat "stalling" this call out, because I'm certain he started to realize that he was going to have a hard time justifying the bill he was fixing to hand me. He hands me the invoice and says, "$205 please." It's a dishwasher that is probably worth about $300 at this point. I said "are you serious? You told me it was two buttons you had to push, what are you talking about $205? He argued his point (unjustifiably) and finally I simply handed him $60 cash, (in addition to the $50 they took from my credit card) and told him take it or leave it but that is all you are getting from me. SCAM company with bad ethics! I would caution anyone if they use them to make sure what they are paying for up front, PRIOR to paying them 205.00$ to push two buttons.
