The customer was offered refund for the defective part.We replaced the part one time. It malfunctioned again.The enetire batch of filter screens was suspicious for its quality. We destroyed the remain screens and offered the customer refund of cost of screens.He was very upset and used fould words...

and hung up the phone.If the customer likes, we will be happy to refund the cost of filter screens that were bad.We have no clue why the customer hung up without listening to our explanation about the part & why we decided to refund.We are parts re-sellers. Have no control prior to receiving the parts from Europe.The customer can call me again for agreeing to get the refund.

I am rejecting this response because: They did not send replacements, they sent one replacement and claimed they had already sent the others when they did not. The 3rd screen for two machines did not work either. They did not send the upgraded parts which they know work perfectly. They refuse to send the precision screens which they said they would in an email they sent me. If Ed H[redacted] hadn't changed his story about why they would not send me the proper screens we wouldn't be having this dispute. Live up to your words mr parts guru and all will be forgiven. I told you what I wanted: 2 precision screens which you would not send me. Therefore I want a full refund. Not just partial.
