We replaced our gas furnace with a cold climate Mitsubishi heat pump. The crew were excellent and kept us in the loop as the install proceeded. The sheet metal work was outstanding. The inside air handler is very quiet.

I chose Servicexcel to supply my ductless heat pump for several reasons.

[redacted], who came to my home, was very knowledgeable answering my questions, explaining how the system worked and would benefit my home, offered how to access references and rebates, plus he offered financing options. When I went to the show room to see the units in action,Eric was there and answered all of my questions. Eric did not pressure me to pick his product - the information was self evident.

The installation was completed efficiently by the technicians. They were very respectful and careful whenever they came inside. Plus they showed me how to operate the system.

The office staff were super as well - following up with me after the installation was completed. And [redacted] did call after to see if I had any questions.
And I was very happy to see a reduction in my hydro consumption immediately after the unit started operating.

On [redacted] 2016, a Servicexcel service technician, Brenda [redacted], did a maintenance check on our ductless heat pump. She answered all questions that a layman could understand that I asked. She is filled with knowledge and very tidy,thorough and clean in her work. She is also a lady who has a wonderful personality. A complete pleasure to have a representative from your company, such as Brenda.

I recently had a ductless heat pump installed by this company. I was in total ease about the decision to make this large purchase. The team that did the install were right on time, clean and did an excellent job of the install which was an all day event. Everything was explained too me as the day went on. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the unit as well. My house is warm for the first time all winter. My baseboard heaters are OFF and I do not have to wear a blanket in the living room.
