*** presents to our office with pain on lower left molar tooth #19, molar #had an existing root canal treatment that was not performed at our officeTo better provide care I referred her to RCT; Specialist: Endodontist to re treat root canal therapy on molar #19.When patient returned to the office after visiting the root canal specialistShe stated that the endodontist said we did a bad jobWe attached the endodontist letter above(Please read)Tooth #was slightly overfilled due to a very long periapical elision existingWe agreed to refund the money paid for root canal on #18.Considering where we failed, we agreed to reimburse for the cost of root canal treatment excluding cost for buiand crownA check of $1,was given Mrs***This amount is settled due to the fact that each root canal treatment was performed at our office.I am happy to provide additional information if needed to settle this matterThank you for your consideration.DrAdam O***
