Servint used to be great, but everything changedIt is hard to get hold of customer supportYou have to open a ticketIf you missed a payment, for example; if you change your card number without updating new info etc, they will shut you off immediately without email or phone communicationThey don't have any payment arrangementsIf you're traveling, and have an emergency, and your service if off, you are screwedThey have extra fees to turn service back onThe billing department is extemely rude!! Servint used to be great, but everything changed. It is hard to get hold of customer support. You have to open a ticket. If you missed a payment, for example; if you change your card number without updating new info etc, they will shut you off immediately without email or phone communication. They don't have any payment arrangements. If you're traveling, and have an emergency, and your service if off, you are screwed. They have extra fees to turn service back on. The billing department is extemely rude!! Your information is not safe because the technical support is in India. I will NEVER recommend them.

Review: We have a server with servint that handles our network marketing website , few days ago we found the server and website offline by the hosting company "servint" without any notice, we then contacted the hosting company " servint " about that and they told us there is a charge back on payment we have " notice that we have been hosting with them for over 12 month's now " and our company is one of the biggest network marketing companies in the middle east,

the charge back was for $352, and billing refused to open the service till we fix this and refused to give backup or any help, tried to call on phone but they said they have to reply on the online ticket

so we repaid the charge back of $252 with another card, sent the card front and back photo, owner passport photo for them to verify, and then replied on the ticket for them to open the service or at least give a backup of the data on the server and let us go away,

we got a reply from them that we have to fix the old charge back from the credit card company before they open the service , and they will not provide backup or restore the service before that.

again, we are a network marketing company, customer have money in their account and website is down for few days now , customers threaten to sue us, other customers waiting for their products to be delivered , we also market for hotels who has customers signed in and can't check the status of those customer because the website is down and we can't pay any customer or supplier because the website is down, so we are falling because of this. and the hosting company " servint " is not helping at allDesired Settlement: I just need backup of our data or I need my service back, if they want any more money I will pay even by western union or bank transfer. just need backup of our data and thats all.

Review: I have been complaining our issues with my server main.[redacted] for the past few months and everytime I talk to Tech Support, they tell me its fixed but few hours later it stop working. I have tried everything by talking to Supervisors and allowing them to move my account to another server but the problem did not get solved.Desired Settlement: At this point I need a refund for the time period my account had improper and inferior service and want my account closed in their system right away. I paid for over three months of service and during which the services were inferior and customer service and technical support was not helping.

Response:

Aside from the four recent past due tickets this customer had on his account, there was only one ticket in our Portal Ticketing system that discusses a Plesk control panel issue. Our technicians did everything they could to assist the customer and migrated him to a new host machine where the problem did not exist. When the customer called in to cancel service, we waived the 30 day cancellation notice and closed his account immediately and did not charge him anything further. Though we do not have any evidence that supports we are at fault, we will meet him halfway and process a refund for a month and half of service. This will be issued shortly.
