WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My loan office sent me a certified pre-approval letter that I provided to my realtor for home searching. We went through EVERYTHING needed, went under contract with the seller, went back and forth with paperwork at Servion and at the very end the pre-approval was based off of ESTIMATES. The whole time that I was house hunting I was searching based off of a pre-approved amount they weren't actually willing to give me. This type of practice has to be against the law in some way to provide a pre-approval letter for an amount they knew the whole time they wouldn't give me. These people will give you the run around being sneaky and underhanded. Will NOT work with these people. I changed loan companies.
