Servisol, customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE - very unhelpful Their payment methods are out dated - they will consider your account past due even though they the mortgage payment SITTING in an "unapplied funds" accountReporting your account to the credit bureau even though payments are submitted timelyIf the amount owed is submitted in split payments, they will still consider your account late and assess late fees This company has RUINED my good credit standing by failing to apply my monthly payments correctly! It is proven by my bank statements that a monthly draft was sent to this company I will dispute this with the credit reporting agencies - someone needs to step in and correct this companies methods of doing business

we have been paying our mortgage with this company for about months, and to be honest not happy at all with themThey dont have any other way to pay mortgage other than straight checking account, so you cant build airline points with them like most companiesRecently we paid our mortgage online for the first time and apparently somehow it didn't go through and so servi solutions waited over a week and a half to tell us it didn't go through so that they could get a late fee of $out of usdefinitely dont trust them for our mortgage company and are going to probably refinance JUST to get a different/better company to work with

Horrible company. I've had nothing but issues with them since they purchased my mortgage. And good luck trying to get ahold of them on the phone. Every time I've called, I've waited 45 minutes on hold without anyone answering. They still have my maiden name on file because I literally can't get ahold of them. They do not take emails, only faxes? Who the hell has access to a fax machine anymore? Terrible company! I did not choose to do business with them and now I'm stuck with them.

Horrible service!!! We recently bought a a home and our loan was sent to them so we started paying them every month. We sent payment multiple times and they kept giving us fees for no reason. We talked to multiple people about our payments and they kept giving us the runaround and adding more fees. They gave us an option to send our payment through Western Union which we did only for it to get denied two weeks later for no reason then they add another fee. Getting very fed up with this company.
