I went to do my taxes for the first time and explain my situation to the tax preparer. The tax preparer filed the wrong tax form. He filed my taxes making me the owner of the company which is not the case because I am an employee. I tried speaking to the tax preparer over the phone to find a solution but was not successful. I went to the office to get my refund and my tax documents in order to avoid them filling them. The preparer gave me my tax forms but decline to give me my refund of 150$ therefore I contacted the IRS and have sent them a letter with the complaint against the company but was advised to also file one here.

After researching my records, I am responding to this complaint, Innovamex Financial Services LLC or Jessica Aguilera has never had a client by the Name of *** A. ***. Please make sure the consumer provides valid proof that substantiates his complaint against my company. For example PTIN information, receipt, or proof that his 2019 income tax return was actually filed with IRS by my Company.
