Mr *** Garner took payment in full for the extention work on my house and did not complete the work nor receive a passing final inspection
Mr Garner's contract included a ft extention on my home He was paid $87,for this work but did not complete the work nor the punch list of corrections that needed to be made Mr Garner demanded his final draw of our contract, as the only thing remaining would be the punch list This was not true
After rceiving payment, MrGarner no longer remained in communication with me nor provided the labor for the remaining work I contacted the Onslow county building inspector to find out that Mr Garner did not complete the work needed to receive a passing final inspection Additionally, Mr Garner did not pay multiple suppliers to this job, including the shower supplier and the electrician.One company has indicated that they would be placing a lien on my house for the monies owed and thus I had to pay out an additional $to avoid this
