I thought I would give Serviz a try I found them online and all seemed to be good I scheduled an appointment yesterday for the time frame of 8:00am - 10:00am today, received a confirmation email and text message I received an email this morning at 6:55am reminding me of my appointment At 8:this morning I received an email that Serviz is trying to reach me regarding my appointment and please give them a call at my convenience (I knew then that nobody was going to show.) I called and they said they'd been trying to call me all morning but kept getting a message that the phone had been disconnected All of a suddent they were calling a different area code then the number left for the appointment I got the confirmation text yesterday and now you have a different area code for my number?! I took the day off today to be here and they tell me there isn't any techs available for my time slot I said ok, what is the earliest a tech can get here today I was told no techs are available today The appointment got rescheduled to tomorrow afternoon
In the meantime, I called a local company and they have been here, diagnosed the problem and have the parts on order
Appointment for tomorrow is now canceled Think twice if not three times about scheduling with this company!

I was booked for holiday lighting from 11-1 today and was sent a confirmation email this morning. I happened to call in at 11:24 to check on the status and was told that there are no technicians. No one called me. Ameesha was not able to find anyone for the entire day and the next available is Tuesday when Monday is a business day. Customers prepare for this and take time out of their schedules. I will speak with Tiffany on Monday!

Earlier this morning I tried to book a window cleaning service for only the exterior portion of my home windows. The process to request the service was easy but when I called to confirm that my customer profile had a credit balance (from a previous negative experience) I also asked if I could have a price estimate. I was told that this estimate would be based upon the square foot size of the house (not by the number of windows) and it included the interior and exterior of all the windows. When I asked about obtaining a specific quote only for the exterior, I was informed that I would need to speak to the vendor when they come to my house. I'll never use this service...EVER!

Serviz advertises that they will repair refrigerators for $140.00.
I have a VERY basic refrigerator (not even an ice maker!) that they said would cost almost DOUBLE the advertised price to replace a small plastic fan.

Then they charged me $29.00 !

BEWARE !!

In July, 2015, Had Serviz come out to do a refrigerator repair and they scheduled it for the same day. They arrived promptly did the work quickly and cleanly and in under 30 minutes I was ready to go. He charged the inexpensive hourly rate rather than the higher package rate and I was very pleased. I have been looking at prices more than double what they charged by the manufacturer and their repair people. Their employees are polite, both the man who came out for the repair and the person on the phone doing the scheduling. I have used them twice and I would use them again.

I CALLED THEM FOR A SIMPLE KITCHEN LINE CLEANING. I TOLD THEM THE EXACT SITUATION INCLUDING NOT HAVING ACCESS LINE AND THAT THEY HAVE TO REMOVE THE P TRAP FROM UNDER THE SINK TO ACCESS. THEY STILL SAID 69.00

THE CHEATING PLUMBER GETS THERE AND MAKES AN EXCUSE TO CHARGE 120 INSTEAD OF 69. I TELL HIM THAT HE CAN JUST OPEN THE P TRAP LIKE I MENTIONED AND HE KEEPS SAYING NO.

DON'T BELIEVE THE ORIGINAL OFFER FROM THEM. IT IS 100% OF THE TIME AN ANGLE TO GET THE TECH INTO YOUR PROPERTY. NEVER AGAIN.!!!

Scheduled TWO appointments. They never showed. Done with them.

The young man came to fix our garage door and was very courteous and pleasant. Did a great job in an efficient and professional manner. would recommend the service to anyone.

My first time trying to use Serviz will be my last. I was understandably drawn in with competitive pricing and to be honest the scheduling was very easy. What is the point though if no one shows to unclog my drain?

I was given multiple confirmation calls and texts (5 -7pm) but no one showed!

Now after normal hours I was forced into a high rate with someone else. (I called at 8:30 and was forced to leave a voicemail)

The price may tempt you but I would suggest to book it somewhere else if you value respect, time, and money.

I called several refrigerator repair companies to price a small icemaker tubing on the back of my LG appliance that had a small crack in it. Serviz was one of the higher quotes given for this repair but their website reviews were all rated high so we decided to go with them. We confirmed twice with this company that the repair was basic and they would include an inspection with the repair for a set total price. When the technician arrived he basically replaced the tube in about 10 minutes as requested. Then asked for more money than the flat rate which was agreed upon over the phone. He didn't do any extra work and did not give the full inspection guaranteed over the phone. We called the company and was given an untruthful account of the billing and said our repair was considered a complex repair even though this job was labeled a basic repair on the phone. Please be warned of their bait and switch tactics. This company's integrity is questionable.

This is a worst service company EVER I have dealt with. I have made appointment for my appliance service more than a week in advance. And on the day they suppose to send the technician over, they just called and said no technician is available. That's the kind of business they run over there. Don't bother to call them to get service, it's useless and unprofessional. Be ware!!!!

Very disappointed. When I came across their website, I thought this looks great! They advertise same day service at a time that is convenient for you and you can track who is coming and when they are on their way in the 2 hour window that you select. I needed a plumber. I booked on line around 12:30pm for the 3:30pm-5:30pm time slot that same day. I received a confirmation email at 12:40pm and another reminder email at 2:25pm that my appointment was coming up. I thought, how efficient! Then someone calls me from the company at 3:41, which is during the window of time they are supposed to be here, and tells me no one is available to come today!! I really needed a plumber and I had already arranged my busy schedule so I could be home and it was now too late to get someone else to come out. Why did they accept my time slot and send confirmation if they couldn't fulfill the obligation? Why did they wait until it was too late for me to get some else to come out that day? Big waste of time!!

I had a perfectly good side by side Kitchenaid refrigerator freezer in my guest house. I called Kitchenaid and got their recommended company to come out. They charged me 95.00 for the call. Then after several calls to the parent company they said it could NOT be fixed. I called SERVIZ and they sent out 2 men who promptly repaired the refrigerator freezer, Kudos to SERVIZ!!!!!!
