August 10th, 2016Hello Revdex.com,We received the complaint in regards to ID# aboveHere is our response;- Customer called in to our office on 7/2/for emergency pressure washing services of an outside area due to sewage back up- Kevin B***, Production Manager, activated our on call team and sent two technicians out to the site on Saturday, July Weekends are generally reserved for emergencies only, which we did consider this to be according to the customer.- We sent a two man team due to the fact that we had a heavy pressure washer that required two men to lift off truck- Original cost to customer was $based on our labor and equipment, aand the job being considered emergency service since it was done on the weekendShe was not happy with that price- We agreed to lower the estimate to $by removing some labor hours and the emergency service from the estimateKevin called and discussed this revision with her, but she is still not happyShe said we had done this job before for the cost of $- Our records show that we did perform this job for $plus tax back in May of The difference in price came from the emergency service on the weekend, labor cost changes from and the need to send two technicians instead of one- We will agree to invoice the customer for the $plus tax as resolution to her complaint, as we do not wish to further argue or upset the customerOur goal to create happy customers, no excuses!If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Thank you!Sandie H.HR Manager

Weekends are generally reserved for emergencies only, which we did consider this to be according to the customer.- We sent a two man team due to the fact that we had a heavy pressure washer that required two men to lift off truck. - Original cost to customer was $576.11 based on our labor and equipment, aand the job being considered emergency service since it was done on the weekend. She was not happy with that price. - We agreed to lower the estimate to $383.65 by removing some labor hours and the emergency service from the estimate. Kevin called and discussed this revision with her, but she is still not happy. She said we had done this job before for the cost of $168.00. - Our records show that we did perform this job for $152.36 plus tax back in May of 2015. The difference in price came from the emergency service on the weekend, labor cost changes from 2015 and the need to send two technicians instead of one. - We will agree to invoice the customer for the $152.36 plus tax as resolution to her complaint, as we do not wish to further argue or upset the customer. Review: Servpro has not completed our contract we agreed on even though they were paid in full. They promise to come back and finish the agreed service, but did notDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded half of what they were paid as I had to hire other contractors and supplies to finish the job.
