After reviewing the file.. it appears that our office had actually set the crew up to DO the water damage.. NOT provide an estimate... as the crews only know average pricing. If it had been communicated properly from/with the customer from the onset, then there would be no issue. The charge was for...

a service call, as certain expenses are incurred. However, in this case... due to the poor communication, we will waive/void our invoice to show good will.  Please advise the customer for us. thank you, [redacted] general mgr.
