ServPro of Birmingham is the poorest excuse for a cleaning company They took months to clean what had originally estimated to be 4-weeksServPro will NEVER be suggested to any of our friends or aquaintances for any clean up needs as they are horrible!! Our fire happened on the night of June 8, It was mainly a smoke and water damage that our shop encountered with lots of soot, ash and smoke smell Our neighbors also had a problem with ServPro as ServPro never got rid of their smoke smell They would call to say that the building was ready, my husband would go to inspect and find more soot They could "clean" again When I say clean, they would have person on a ladder working, one person on his phone and people in the van This went on for months until the insurance company fired them to get someone else in to rectify the smoke and ash Well, now, because of their lack of professionalism, we will NOT be open for our busiest season of the year, Christmas I am so angry and frustrated but there is nothing we can do! :( We want the WORLD to know to NEVER use ServPro of Birmingham and I only hope that this franchise is the exception and not the rule for ServPro in general!! I know that this franchise is giving them a really BAD name!! The fact that they use the slogan "like it never happened".........that's a JOKE!!! They stated that they cleaned us to "pre fire" condition.......I don't believe we had soot and ash pre fire!!!

ServPro owes me $1,dollars after I paid them and then my insurance paid them, but they have not returned my money My rental house in Birmingham had water damage early last year ServPro sent me a bil and I promptly paid my $1,deductible My insurance also paid them in full The secondCompany that made the repairs did not getPaid and wanted me to pay my $1,deductible to them Finally,In August of IThought the issue had been resolved ServPro, my insurance company and the second repair company said that ServPro would pay the $1, Then 2/the second repair company contacted my and I had to pay over the phone using my debit card the $1,to keep the fronting me over to a collection agency I called ServPro and they said they would call me back 2/ I heard nothing so I called again on 2/I was assured that a check would be cut, signed and mailed to meno later than 2/They said they had mailed the check to y rental house and that

Servpro packed & cleaned items after fire.They packed and "cleaned" items they shouldn't have, broke & lost items.They refuse to compensate us

My mother lives in a square foot room apartment She burned a hot pack in her microwave and we couldn't get rid of the smoke smell After $paid to Servpro whose motto is "Like in never happened" the smoke smell is still predominant and she was told she needed to have the rooms painted to stop the smell Seems like they should have known that before they charged her $to clean a love seat and square feet of carpet Don't waste your money on their services!!!! They came very quickly which was hopeful but overall no satisfaction in removing the smoke smell!!!

Failure to come back and properly fix the leveling of my dishwasher
On June 28th, Servpro came to my home to service the water damage from the refridgeratorOn or about July 15th the yanked the dishwasher out to check for leaks without first unscrewing the clips On or about July 21st the came back and just shoved the dishwasher back in its place The dishwasher was not level I began calling to find out when someone would come out to properly fix the dishwasher and clean the mess they left Managers would not return my phone call and I kept being promised someone would come out to the house After calling and sending emails for over a month a gentleman came out to the house Instead of replacing the clips that were broken, he took them out to his truck and hammered them back into place and then put them back in the dishwasher The rigged clips have now broken and the dishwasher is not being held in place When opened if the drawers are pulled out they come completely out an
