Servpro of Bloomfield/Enfield

Wilson Acevedo project manager for Servpro did an inspection for water damage at my home. During the inspection using his devices to detect moisture he stated he found water damage in the walls, floor and ceiling of the basement. When I received the email for the expected quote it was a complete contradiction of his findings that he stated. The email stated he found no water damage and the small amount of moisture that was detected in the floor could have been because it was raining that day. When I responded to the email asking for an explanation of the two different explanations I still haven’t received an email response. When I called the company hoping to speak to a supervisor I got the dispatcher and never a supervisor. This is not how you treat a customer.

I had a burst water pipe just pouring water into my basement for about an hour. I was able to turn the water up but it had stacked the carpet subflooring and wall. I called a co hi ple companies and they were the only ones that could come right away. They were quick and friendly. I'd recommend them for any clean up or restoration job.
