I am rejecting this response because: that is not at all what my husband discussed with them, not even close. [redacted] came out and found mold and still registered moisture readings under the tile in the bathroom, the exact area where I said I had concerns. They removed a lot more tile and structure. They also found mold, it hasn't been determine if the mold was related or not, but regardless Servpro should of also found the mold and the moisture readings were certainly related to the water damage in question. I asked my insurance company to pay because I was being threatened with a lien from Servpro, not because I was satisfied with the work. I spoke to my husband who said he didn't say any of this.  I lodged this complaint because nobody at Servpro seemed willing to listen to my concerns, only after I lodged this complaint did we get a phone call regarding it. The customer service made me feel as though all Servpro cared about was getting paid and it upset me that even though I expressed my concerns they fell on deaf ears. I will agree that the charges are reflective of the work that they performed, I wasn't charged for work not performed. I see no further need to continue this complaint as there is no real closure that can come of it. So I don't care if we close the complaint with no further action.

[redacted] spoke with Mr. Debarris, after explanation he understood the circumstances were not related to Servpro's work. HO would remit deductible payment, have not yet received. HO also stated he would have his wife retract statement with Revdex.com. Servpro considers this case closed.
