I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
days to this man is a month or We spoke to him right before we filed this complaint and he said that he was in Seattle on business and he would be back in weeks but he has yet to reach out to us and now he's telling you that it will be another daysThis man has pushed us around and lied to us on numerous occasionsOur driveway looks like st and it's his faultThe driveway needs torn up and redoneWe've had estimates and it's going to cost ***-***$ to fix it however we are supposed to have a year warranty with Mr.***He has done nothing to address this problem that we addressed with him in December and here it is almost July and he has done nothing but try to make it out to be our faultI've been told so many lies and stories I just want my driveway fixed and to not have to pay another company for work that Mr.*** was already paid to do correctly the first timeIf this matter isn't resolved very quickly I will have no other choice but to take legal measuresI don't want it to go that far but it seems to be where this mess is heading.

Consumer contacted the Revdex.com and expressed that nothing has been resolved. Per the consumer, "He on numerous accounts has told me and the Revdex.com that on July 22nd he would be back in town and would set up a meeting with us then. Up until last night, I had heard nothing from him. I am really confused as to what happened. Last night, I told him he has until the 24th at midnight, come up with a resolution, or I will take it to court. I have spoken with the media and they are glad to take on the story. It needs to be taken care of and it needs to be taken care of now."
