Servpro of Fairfield did the pack out of my items after a fire When my furniture was returned several items were damaged One item was taken for repair, however a week later they decided that I should receive the item back since there was more than one item and I should handle finding someone to repair my items They also delivered my cloth chairs back and said they had been shampooedHowever when I wiped the cloth on the chairs, the cloth became black This is not acceptable service They do not respond timely to emails or phone calls Do not use this company I also had issued with missing items which I addressed when they were not included as part of my inventory There employees also want to dispose of my electronic items before the insurance company performed the inventory

this letter is March my complaint is May XX XXXX the purpose of this complaint is not address to our items taken and not returned or compensated for,,items not returned are not on their inventory list so how were they compensated for.they took items they stated were unsalvafables and a bio hazard only to return those items back to my garage, this does not make sense to us, that discount in inventory is negated by our inventory count that was time intensive and should of never happen,,
