If you have a fire in your house, do me a favor and don't call this company, they will add issues to your calamities, I got them thinking that they are a reliable company, they were cleaning my house after a fire and after a few weeks of having access to my house, I got a call from them saying there's a leak in my bathroom, they have cleaned the whole house and now they're trying to tell me they got a plumber and it was from my plumbing system's "wear and tear", Would it happen if they weren't there to clean our bathroom?" We already moved out of the house when it happenedNow they're asking me to file another claim of damage that they've done and asked me to pay for the plumber that they sent to the house, after all the investigations, I talked to another plumber and told me it wasn't wear and tear, They like to wash their hands and now they said I accrued interest and have to pay double, they are the worst and they will stress you out! Keep away from them! They do not take responsibility of the mistakes they make but loves to take your money

Servpro came out to dry out water that leaked from my neighbor upstairs They decided to tear my carpet and lift it to dry it out They were supposed to simply lift it so that it can be reinstalled after it dried out The insurance company refused to pay because the carpet should have been lifted or if not salvageable, torn out and disposed of Makes sense I contacted the manager at Servpro and he sent someone out to try to repair the carpet They then told me the carpet cannot be repaired (as I suspected) and told me there is nothing else they can do Now I'm stuck with torn carpet and I have to pay out of pocket to have it replaced They acknowledged that the carpet shouldn't have been torn and I would have expected to be compensated for the damage
