Mr. [redacted] is correct in that his home flooded during Hurricane Harvey. Our franchise worked on his home and he paid the full amount for drying services. Upon our crew arriving back home, we forwarded all information to [redacted] Team, LLC who coordinated many franchises responding to this hurricane....

[redacted] Team was working through many thousands of customer files. As with any storm response, it is required that all of these files be reviewed by the storm team before distributing the paperwork. This process was somewhat delayed due to the size of this hurricane. Mr. [redacted] has been provided with all of the paperwork and we wish him well with reconstruction work on his home.
