I had Servpro of Hattiesburg repair damaged carpet and underlying materials, of the floor of my brother-in-law's home, resulting from bodily fluids and blood from his corpse, when he died of a heart attack, but was not found for almost a week
I live in Georgia I contacted Servpro of Hattiesburg and had them coordinate getting access, to the house in question, from a neighbor in Mississippi Servpro examined the area affected, prepared their estimate, which I judged to be fair and reasonable, and performed the work, including employing a subcontractor for replacement of the carpet Throughout the time work was being performed, access to the site was worked out with the neighbor, but ***, the Servpro representative, also kept me informed of all the details and progress by phone The work was completed punctually and professionally (confirmed by the neighbor) Servpro's performance was outstanding, in spite of my not being available for any on-site supervision
