I would never recommend Servpro to anyoneThey spent days pretending to dry my basement floor and carpet after sump pump failureOn day carpet was still soaked and the odor was so bad, we called them to remove their equipment which wasn't doing any goodWe are in our 70's and we moved furniture to one side, removed soaked carpet and did same to other sideWe had floor dry wihoursYet they charged us $3,We ended up with $of our $allowance from insurance Co

I would never recommend Servpro to anyone. They spent 5 days pretending to dry my basement floor and carpet after sump pump failure. On day 5 carpet was still soaked and the odor was so bad, we called them to remove their equipment which wasn't doing any good. We are in our 70's and we moved furniture to one side, removed soaked carpet and did same to other side. We had floor dry with-in 24 hours. Yet they charged us $3,438.59. We ended up with $1561.41 of our $5000. allowance from insurance Co.
