Our Production Manager has met with this customer at his home and reviewed the situation, he and the customer have spoken and agreed upon a course of actionThis is all taken care of

The original estimate was put together with the first adjuster that was on the claimThe estimate was based on work that would need to be completed and was a rough draft agreed upon with first adjusterwe had no response from this adjuster for almost days when a new adjuster was put on the
claimAt the time our estimator was out of town working hurricane cleanup in Tx and Fla it was a mistake sending over the worst case estimate which included work that needed to be done but was not. With that said the adjusted estimate should be sent over to the customer within hrs

I contacted ServPro about mold testing per my insurance company's recommendation and with the knowledge that it was recommended by the Revdex.com They sent a third party to test the mold Five days later, the contractor left a message asking me to call to get the results of the tests I called and received no answer Several days later I called again and received no answer After two weeks I called ServPro and the receptionist was sarcastic and said that they would not release my results until I sent in my payment So I sent in $payment Three days later, I received a call from contractor saying that because there was no mold and because there was so much confusion because of ServPro, he asked for compensation for the tests and gas instead of what ServPro would have billed: "he would have billed you about $or $500." He billed me more than that - for doing nothing as there was no mold found I do NOT recommend ServPro Lagrange

I had a pleasant experience with this companyI needed to replace the installation in my attic and I found out there was mold in the attic.They were very professionalThey took care of the mold and installed the new installationThey did what they promised to do in a timely manner and the clean up was like I had never had a problemI also had more than one estimate for the workI was pleased with the cost and the workGreat Job!
