I called today to get a quote, the man who answered the phone was very rude, keep asking me for my home address, I asked : why he needs my home address?, he replied is for automatic systemI did not wanted to give my address he said need the address, when I started to give him the address just numbers he said did not understandI have no problem with people don't speaking English but this guy did not understand one word I said, I understood everything he said but I believe he was Hispanic, (for his accent), But my real concerned was why they need your address? so bad he asked me timesI just needed a copy of my car key I even told him I will go to your shop with my key and get a copy, he insisted need my home addressI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALLDo not waste your time and money, Rude costumer service
