ServPro of McLean

Servpro, did not follow up on a water damage/flood that I called for service on July 1, 2015. I made contact with operator on the afternoon of July 1st. I told her I had cleaned up most of the water and mud but still needed the service; at which time she mentioned they were busy due to the amount of other homes that had experienced flooding that had standing water. She then mentioned they could schedule me for later that day. Later that day I called the business back and the operator mentioned they would have to schedule me for the next day, July 2; and that she would contact me the next morning. On Thursday, July 2 I contacted Servpro about several times that morning beginning at about 9:30 am and 11:30. Each time the operator told me I would have to be pushed back. The last call I told the operator I was leaving for work and would give her my office number when I got to work. About 12 noon I called and gave the operator my number. The operator called back at 3:30 and told me I would have to be rescheduled for Monday, July 6, due to it being a holiday weekend.
This was a very negative experience and a complete waste of my time. I will never use this business again.
