notations below, we were paid $983.40 for contents and that $983.40 was reimbursed to you in full. We were not called back to carry out the contents work that was estimated, you hired a moving company without our knowledge. Upon knowing the situation, our company started to address your issues immediately.        I do not owe you any monies above and beyond what Servpro has been paid. It is possible your insurance carrier would consider the difference, however I do not represent them. I have explained this in detail below, we would not be responsible for your bill above our payment. I am rejecting this response because:Servpro billed for several services they didn't provide. Including $700 for an inventory they didn't complete, treatment for water damage which wasn't completed; However, I'm I lay disputing the fact they committed to reimbursing me then declined to despite the fact I sent a bill to them. Please see attached email where ServPro committed to reimburse me directly in full. ServPro didn't attach any bill- they charged for services not performed which is a poor dishonest business practice. If I'm not reimbursed as Servpro agreed to in full, I will take civil action for everything they charged as well as contact the state department of consumer affairs.Please provide a copy of your bill- which you haven't done. I have a copy of all the charges for services you didn't complete.

When disaster strikes, do not call Servpro of Meriden. We had a house fire in November, it turned our worlds upside down. Servpro had a representative named Felicia there before the fire was even extinguished. She was very sweet and told us of all the amazing things Servpro would do to make it "like it never happened". She said they had a warehouse close by and that we would have access to our belongings as we would need them. We signed with them and within a few weeks had regretted our decision. Besides the fact, that they did not remove and clean all property, we still have soot and char marks in our basement, they damaged property while moving it out of the house (and did not tell us about it), they LOST my stove and took weeks to deliver just a few items. After weeks of trying to contact someone to set up a day to view our contents in their warehouse, we were only able to access 2 of our crates, when they had ample time to get our belongings prepared. There were too many other crates belonging to other people to get to our stuff. So we were unable to go through the property. We have tried to get someone on the phone to come to an arrangement that would work so that we would have more time. Multiple people tried contacting them on our behalf as well, (contractors, public adjuster, etc.) still they hold the bulk of our property in their warehouse. When we did get someone on the phone, they were not trying to accommodate us. We work, and have lost lots of time due to the fire and the rebuild of our home. Saturdays work best, but the manager said that they are a business and not open on Saturdays. Then backtracked and said he would approve overtime for two people to be there on a Saturday, but it costs a lot of money to have them there to handle my belongings three times, still not sure where that comes from, since we were only ever in their warehouse once and did not get to go through anything. We are now 2 weeks from our move in date and we will be going home, not knowing, what they were able to save, or what we need to purchase to be whole again. Just an absolute terrible experience all around. I will not recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy. A company like this, makes their money off of people who are already hurting and overwhelmed, they should be trying to make things a bit easier, not add to the stress.

Had an insurance claim and they told me to call servpro. This was a Hugh mistake on there part. They started the job and never came back to check there equipment they had left running for three days. I tried to call them to see if I could turn it off and I couldn't get a answer come to find out this equipment should have been monitored daily for moisture. They submitted a bill to my insurance company that was outrageous. After talking to my adjuster about what they had put on the bill he called Survpro and went through line by line and eliminated all the extra work billed that they never did this was a 3000 dollar difference. I had to have another company come in and do it correctly this put us almost 1 month behind schedule.
