Review: This company came to our residence after we had a fire in the basement to do insurance restoration work. We specifically told them that they were only to do work that would be covered and paid by insurance. No work was to be done at any cost to us. The company never provide us with an estimate cover ing the work they intended to do and what the charges were for the insurance work or of their standard charges for the work they intended to do. They then proceeded to do work beyond the scope of work that we authorized them to do. The quality of the work they did was unaccepatible. They are charging us for work that we did not authorize them to do and additionally for work that was substandard.Desired Settlement: Cancel the charges applied to us and be satisfied with the thousands of dollars of work paid for by the insurance company.
