Poor Service, fraudulent billing On 3/16/I had a fire in my kitchen, My insurance (AMICA) adjuster came to my home to assess,the damage,Shawn Fisher from Servpro came as well, They Servpro, were hired to do the clean up,Shawn was suppose to come by to check on the progress of the work being done Shawn did not show up or call on the day he was suppose to come, he said he would come the next day, again he never called or came to my home.I called him and he said he would be by again, when the time came he was a no call no show once again, I fianally,Could not afford to loose anymore of my time from my work , The work done was very poor, and some was not done at all,They sent a crew that did not speak any english, I only speak english, When I did call Shawn about some of my concerns, about the chemicals they were using on my items he had to call someone beside the crew since he only speaks english, I was told everything would be fine, I was concerned about this being used on my wood
