Review: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I have put in a complaint against Server Pro at [redacted] phone number ###-###-#### due to the service I received on 10/*/13 at [redacted]. A pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom and I called Server Pro to drain the water. When they carried in their heavy equipment and set it up in my house they caused some damages. A lamp in the upstairs bedroom that was on the dresser was broken. The lamp was worth $600. I do not have a receipt for it because it was purchased a while back. When I informed them about this they refused to give me compensation. They also broke the upstairs bathroom floor tiles. Server Pro said they would buy the new tiles to fix it but they could not find the matching tiles to what was already there. Now the tiles and the wall color do not match. Server Pro then said they would compensate for the whole remodel of the bathroom but refused to do the work and would only give me a credit with them. They offered $2410.94 for the bathroom remodel. I have gotten 3 estimates myself from 3 different construction companies for $9800, $7540.17 and $5991.70. Server Pro has refused all of those estimates and is not willing to compromise for the damages they caused during the restoration. At the same time my home insurance company issued a check for Server Pro’s work for $8365.29 in both my name and Server Pro’s name. No one can cash this check until there is an agreement. On 3/*/14 I received a letter from Server Pro [redacted] that they had sent me to collection. I then called [redacted] and explained to him the situation. I asked him how I can be in collection while we are still in a dispute over the damage they caused. I haven’t cashed the check and wont until there is an agreement. I am now requesting $7500 for the repair in the bathroom and $600 for the lamp that was broken. I also would like my name removed from collection immediately.
