I am rejecting this response because:The response from Servpro is not accurate. My wife and I told the crew immediately that they had piled the contaminated belongings on top of the dry and saved belongings.  As they stated there was water to a certain level in our home.  Not everything we own was kept on the floor, and not everything was damaged by the water.  We did our best to raise as much as we could to save what life in our home that we could.  When Servpro started their clean up, we asked the sales manager to give us some time to move our own belongings to which they had agreed to the following day.  When we arrived the following morning, we found there was no sales managers, site managers nor supervisors on property to instruct the crew of our agreement.  The Servpro crew had piled all of our belongings, our life, in the middle of the floor with complete disregard for our personal belongings that we painstakingly rescued.  There were clean, dry items from on top of dressers and walls, lying underneath and on top of contaminated items.  We even found paintings and mirrors that we had left on the wall, sitting on the floor in a puddle of contaminated flood water. We notified the manager immediately when they finally arrived to the site.  We took pictures of everything they contaminated/destroyed as well as made an inventory list.  I spoke with the owner of ServPro concerning an insurance claim regarding the property that his company destroyed.  He agreed and has told me twice now that an insurance adjuster would be in contact.  As of 10/25, we were finally contacted by the adjuster.  The complaint was filed with the owner of ServPro on 10/12.  We have been devastated by this storm and then made worse by Servpro.  All I am asking is for a fair solution, as well an equitable solution from ServPro and the insurance company.
