I was diagnosed with bone spurs on both my right and left footOn march 23rd of I had surgery and had the spur removedI did everything I was told to do from the doctor, Dr H [redacted] was the Dr who did the surgeryI did my no weight bearing, I wore the boot, went to PTI returned to work three months later, still in pain, was told by the PT therapist that it would take time to heal and for the swelling to go down, The first two weeks I was back at work I was in pain so much pain I went back to see Dr H [redacted] and he gave m a shot which did nothing for the painso two or three weeks later and decided to see and get a second opinion on why I am so much pain stillI saw an orthopedic Dr, he informed that I still had part of the spur in my ankle not all of it was removed he showed me the xray, and the technique used is not one normally used by an orthopedic DrI was also informed that the surgery would have to be redone for me to be pain free againI just used all my fmla and my sh

overpaid my bill - Unable to get refund from them
On 9/19/I paid Advanced Orthopedics $ which then covered my $deductible for the yearI had back surgery the next dayAdvanced Orthopedics failed to notify my insurance company of the paymentSo, when I received the bill from the surgery center where I had the surgery, it didn't show that I had already met my deductible
The surgery center then billed me on the basis that I hadn't met my deductible yet (but I did)I have already paid their bill in full Now I have essentially paid my $1k deductible twice(Once to each place) I checked with my insurance company and my amount due to Advanced Orthopedics is only $which means they owe me $ I appreciate any help with this matter Thank you

I contacted Advanced Orthopedic and was scheduled to see DrTimothy *** on 1/29/I was seen by his PA, not by the physicianThe following visits, 3/8, 3/and 3/were to receive one each of a series of three injections of *** into my right knee At each visit I was asked to sign a consent to use ultrasoundAt no point was I offered an alternative to the use of ultrasoundAnd at no point was I informed that there would be a separate charge for the use of ultrasoundThese charges came as a complete surprise to me when I received the EOB from my insurance company, and well after the factI filed a complaint with my insurance company, but they said that since the service was provided, they had to honor the contract, and given my policy, I was responsible for the chargesOn 3/27/I sent a payment and letter to Advanced Orthopedic In that
