DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I first contacted Servpro regarding a leather couch that had been soiled with human urineThey said I would have to set up an appointment for an estimateMuch to my surprise the appointment was over a week outWhen appointment day came no body showed up at my house at the scheduled timeI called the companyThey tried to call their service guy but was unable to get a hold of him for minutesThe service guy, who I later found out, was the General Manager of the company, finally called me back and said he would not be showing up but he could give me an estimate over the phoneI didn’t want to wait another week for another appointment so I described the leather couch to him in detailHe then quoted me a price and told me to call the office to make an appointment if I would like it cleanedThe earliest appointment was weeks outI took the first oneOn the day of my cleaning a service guy showed up and said he had no idea the couch he was cleaning was leather and he would not be able to clean it that day because he didn’t have the cleaning productsI called the office and explained to them that the service guy was unable to clean my couch because he did not have the proper cleaning productsI also let them know this was the 2nd time someone had to take off of work for thisI explained to them that I described, in detail, the couch to the first person who was supposed to give an estimate and ever showed upAt this point they told me that was their General ManagerThe manager I was speaking to told me she would call me back in minutesShe wanted to see if they had the cleaning product in stock and would send the service guy out again that dayWhen she called me back she stated they did in fact have the product but the service guy had never cleaned a leather couch before and did not feel comfortable cleaning mine but she could reschedule my appointment againAt this point I was done dealing with Servpro of StMary'sTheir lack of competence caused to work days missed and a service that was never provided
