SERVPRO of Tupelo discounted the bill to be more in line with the original rough estimate given Unfortunately there are times in a storm/flooding situation that the rough estimate given is lower than the actual itemized bill It is our goal to use our experience and communicate with the customer the best we can to help prevent these type of situations from happeningIt is our understanding that this issue has been resolved
